Pregnant Kate Middleton wears blue dress with sheer top to visit children’s charity
Kate Middleton, 36, arrived in Cambridge today. The pregnant duchess wore a blue dress with a sheer lacy top.
The Duchess of Cambridge officially opened the new headquarters of children’s mental health charity Place2Be.
Kate will launch the charity’s building in London which will allow more counsellors, teachers and school leaders to be trained and provide a new home for the charity’s research and evaluation teams.
The Duchess will use the visit to learn more about the training provided and research conducted by Place2Be around children’s mental health.
The mother-of-three, who is seven months pregnant, paired the lacy dress, with a high neck and velvet details, with black high heels.
The duchess, whose hair was perfectly curled, carried a matching black bag.
She was seen shaking hands with an official in a pin stripe suit after exiting her car.
The smiley duchess looked the picture of health, with glowing rosy cheeks.
The dress is similar to many Self Portrait designs, a British designer label previously worn by the duchess.
Today’s visit comes after Kate Middleton wore white yesterday to a school in Oxford.
She wore a stunning white princess coat that just concealed her baby bump.
She added brown shoes with a heel, and a matching brown bag, adding drop pearl earrings.
Kate is a patron of many charities, including numerous artistic institutions – and her in-depth knowledge of art is no doubt put to good use in these roles.
These patronages include representing The Art Room and the National Portrait Gallery.
Kate Middleton recently took on two new jobs, even though her due date is looming.
Kensington Palace made the announcement on its Twitter late last month.
