Catholic pro-life activist Mark Houck was found NOT GUILTY on both federal charges on Monday.
Mark Houck has been charged with two counts of violating the federal FACE Act for pushing a pro-abortion volunteer who threatened his son outside of Planned Parenthood in Philadelphia in 2021.
The FACE Act prohibits “violent, threatening, harmful, or obstructive conduct intended to violate, intimidate, or interfere with the right to seek, obtain, or provide reproductive health services.”
Mark Houck is a Catholic father of 7 and often prays outside abortion clinics.

Let’s recall, early in the morning on September 23, 2022, Mark Houck woke up from a nightmare. About 25 to 30 armed FBI agents pounded on his front door, nearly breaking it down.
That morning, as corrupt FBI agents pounded on his door, Mark told the agents:
“Please, I have seven babies in the house, I’m going to open the door.”
The FBI then burst into their home with guns drawn at them and their children – their babies – and took their father away on trumped-up charges against the pro-life author.
Biden’s thugs in boots harassed Mark Houck and filed federal charges against him.
The jury was deadlocked and had to reconvene on Monday.
The jury finally reached a verdict: Not guilty on both counts.

A jury has reached a verdict in the case of Mark Houck, a Bucks County pro-life activist accused of violating the federal FACE Act when he pushed and injured a patient attendant outside Planned Parenthood in Philadelphia.
A jury on Monday found Houck not guilty of two counts of violating the federal FACE Act.
Federal prosecutors said Houck violated the Freedom of Access to Clinics Act (FACE). That law makes it illegal to interfere in the work of employees engaged in reproductive care.
To convict Houck, the government had to prove three things beyond a reasonable doubt:
– that Houck intentionally pushed Love, causing him bodily injury.
– that Houck had interfered with Love’s work as a reproductive health worker.
– that Houck attacked Love precisely because he practices reproductive medicine.
Houck’s attorneys said Love was harassing Houck and his son, and Houck was defending himself and his son.
