A media house linked to the Chinese state The Global Times reported Sunday that authorities in China’s Shandong province had spotted an unidentified flying object over the coastal city of Rizhao.
Authorities in China are now preparing to shoot down the UFO and have sent a message to local fishermen to stay away from the waters until the operation is over.
China’s new report comes less than 24 hours after the United States shot down a high-altitude object in Canada and 48 hours after the United States shot down another object in Alaskan airspace.
Local maritime authorities in east China’s Shandong province said on Sunday they had spotted an unidentified flying object in waters near the province’s coastal city of Rizhao and were preparing to shoot it down, reminding fishermen through text messages to be safe. pic.twitter.com/aQbUntwy4m

China had previously claimed that the surveillance balloon that flew over Montana and was shot down in South Carolina was an “atmospheric research instrument”, but the US military denied those claims.

Many geopolitical analysts are confused by the new reports from China.
Some argue that China’s report is a false flag to make China “pretend it’s happening to us.”
Others believe that China is deflating its own bubble to claim that they “deflated America’s bubble” so as not to look weak after the US deflated theirs.
