A 85 sq. meter, four-room, first flooring residence on David Niv Avenue in Pisgat Zeev West was bought for NIS 2.58 million. A 63 sq. meter, three-room, third flooring residence on Lish Avenue in Gilo was bought for NIS 1.75 million. A 91 sq. meter, five-room, fifth flooring residence on Maagalei Hara’am Levin Avenue in Sanhedria was bought for NIS 4.4 million.

Givatayim: A 117 sq. meter, four-room, second flooring residence on Herzog Avenue was bought for NIS 3.28 million. A 105 sq. meter, five-room, seventh flooring residence with parking on Elimelech Rimlet Avenue was bought for NIS 3.97 million. A 64 sq. meter, 2.5-room, second flooring residence with parking on Kiryat Yosef Avenue was bought for NIS 2.72 million. A 80 sq. meter, three-room, third flooring residence on Poalei Harekevet Avenue was bought for NIS 2.27 million.

A 51 sq. meter, three-room, third flooring residence on Bar Kokhba Avenue was bought for NIS 450,000. A 115 sq. meter, five-room, first flooring residence on Zelda Avenue was bought for NIS 1.12 million.
