Joe Biden made remarks about his crappy economy at the Belmont Water Treatment Center in Philadelphia on Friday.

Biden reached out to the girl as soon as he stepped on stage.

Biden took the little girl’s hand and led her to the stage.
After Biden invaded her personal space and pressed himself against her (his signature move), she ran to her mother.
“You did a lot for so many children!” Biden said to the girl as he touched her with his paw.
“And I love your earrings!” Biden said to the child as she ran away.
The child couldn’t get away from his own fast enough.
