Bam Margera is going back to rehab after another relapse, according to reports in the US.

The Jackass star is said to be seeking further treatment after he was spotted drinking in a bar following his recent stint in a rehab facility.

TMZ reports that the TV stuntman is voluntarily entering a new facility today, with the knowledge that he needs to get help.

Sources tell the site Bam fully intends to try to stay sober this time.

He was seen at a bar in Los Angeles on Wednesday sipping on a mug of beer.

He had recently bailed on a treatment facility for the second time in a month.

Now, it’s said he’s making his third attempt.

But it’s said a stumbling block he’s hit in his treatment is wanting to have his cell phone with him at all times so he can communicate with his son.

The last facility took his phone off him, which he didn’t like.

Bam is reportedly hoping the new facility he’s heading to will let him keep his phone.

The joker, who starred alongside pal Johnny Knoxville in the Jackass TV series and movies, had an intense session with US star Dr Phil recently, and was urged to complete a 60 to 90-day treatment programme.

He had ‘Dr Phil’ tattooed on his skin as a reminder, but left the programme after just a few days.

It’s then that he was arrested for exhibiting some bizarre behaviour at an LA hotel, where he refused to leave and told police he’d been paid by a woman to catch her boyfriend cheating on her.
