Jill Biden attended the Eagles-49ers game on Sunday and sat next to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.

This is the first time Jill Biden has returned to Lincoln Financial Field to see a game since she was booed at the Eagles vs. Cowboys game in October.

“Dr.” Jill was seen laughing with Roger Goodell.

The announcers for this Eagles-49ers game just spotted the First Lady in the box and of course called her “Dr. Jill Biden.” I wonder if he realizes how he looks like a wannabe by insisting on this fake title. Get the right doctor or just work on your confidence.
