The Backstreet Boys star and his wife Lauren Kitt, who already share son Odin, three, have welcomed a little girl.
Announcing the news on Twitter , Nick said: “10-2-19 my wife and I received the most beautiful gift a Father and Mother could ever ask for.
“We are overjoyed to announce that we welcomed into our family and this world a healthy beautiful baby girl. She came back to us God is real!!”
He referred to the child as a “rainbow baby”.
Just a few days ago, on September 13, Nick asked his fans to pray for strength for Lauren.
Sharing a picture of the scan, he said: “God please give me and my wife @Lauren_Kitt the strength to endure the next 3 weeks leading up to the birth of our new baby. We’ve waited so long for you little one. All your prayers for peace please.”
The happy news comes amid his battle with Aaron.
Aaron has been making a lot of headlines lately, thanks to his public feud with his brother, Backstreet Boys star Nick.
The 31-year-old has since reassured fans he’s doing fine and is going to get the help he needs.
He had sparked a wave of concern when two of his siblings – including Nick – obtained restraining orders to keep him away from them and their families.
They claimed they felt in danger over ‘increasingly alarming behaviour’ from Aaron, who had flaunted his firearms collection on social media.
Aaron recently revealed he’s getting treatment from TV psychiatrist Dr. Ish Major and has given up Xanax with his help.
He’s also surrendered his firearms in compliance with the restraining orders brought against him by Nick and twin sister Angel.
Explaining his decision, 39-year-old Nick said: “After careful consideration, my sister Angel and I regret that we were required to seek a restraining order against our brother Aaron today.
“In light of Aaron’s increasingly alarming behaviour and his recent confessions that he harbours thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child, we were left with no choice but to take every measure possible to protect ourselves and our family.”
Nick continued to say that he hopes Aaron seeks help: “We love our brother and truly hope he gets the proper treatment he needs before any harm comes to himself or anyone else.”
Aaron acknowledged the restraining order on Twitter but denied the allegations of threatening behaviour.
He said: “I am astounded at the accusations being made against me and I do not wish harm to anyone, especially my family.”
