Patrick Beverly is at it again, doing what he does best on and off the field, and that is running his mouth. In the latest episode Podcast Pat BevBeverley talked about what happened in Los Angeles and why they didn’t win.
“It wasn’t basketball. It was the second shit but others shit you couldn’t point it out… The vibrations were sometimes on, sometimes off. Inconsistent vibrations lead to inconsistent play.”
There are undoubtedly many issues that need to be addressed in L.AND. in connection with the organization of the Lakers. You can say that both on and off the field. LeBron James took a week off after passing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar on the all-time scoring list. Apparently, that painful foot injury crept up on him again.
Sounds like Beverley slightly bitter here, vaguely airing dirty laundry o Lakers. It sounds like Pat Bev wanted to stay in Los Angeles, but he wasn’t adding much on the field. The best thing to come out of his short Laker sTint is Beverly’s new friendship with former rival Russell Westbrook.
On the plus side, while Beverley was away from another team, he gained a new BFF in Westbrook. He raves about Russ and says, “That’s my man, man for life.” Both were moved at the trade deadline, and Beverley has already been bought out by the Magic. Westbrook’s future in Utah is still up in the air, but a buyout is reportedly on the table.
Pat Bev feels she still has some basketball left in the tank, but maybe it’s time to jump into that media career full-time. He has his own podcast and made a lot of waves on ESPN last year during his appearance on the world host. At this point, there is no reason for him to deal with his former team, especially the one where he spent barely half a season. Pat Bev talks a good game. After all, that’s what he was paid for. At this point in his career, that’s what he does best.
