Prada will present its Resort 2021 collection in Japan next May. This will be the first time the house has held a show in the country. How Snapchat Is Courting E-Commerce (Tech Crunch)
Snapchat has launched Dynamic Ads, a new advertising product aimed at retailers. Advertisers can now create ads using a variety of templates. The ads can sync to their product catalogs, and update in real time according to price changes and product availability. They can also “build ‘always-on’ campaigns that don’t need constant updating.” Dynamic Ads is part of Snap’s ongoing strategy to compete with Instagram in the ad sector.

China Stops Exports of Black Clothing to Hong Kong Amid Ongoing Protests (Business of Fashion)
Customer service members at China’s major couriers — including STO Express, ZTO Express, and YTO Express — say that bulk shipments of black clothing to Hong Kong have been banned since August. That said, individual pieces of black clothing can still be sent, only shipments of more than five are being stopped. Protesters have adopted an all-black uniform, including black face masks, since the anti-government protests began in June. Also banned are bulk orders of umbrellas or sticks. “Any items that can be used by mobs,” said an STO staff member.

Benn Cobb is stepping down as EIC of Another Man, a position he has held since 2015. Overall, Cobb has been with the publication for ten years. “A decade is a milestone,” he tells WWD. “I’ve had an incredible experience at Another Man and I’m immensely proud of what I’ve achieved there creatively and commercially. I’m leaving the magazine in the best shape in its history so it just feels like the right moment.”
