On a new episode of Beverley’s podcast, he said there are other details about why the Lakers are struggling this season.
“It wasn’t basketball,” Beverley said. “It wasn’t basketball. It wasn’t basketball. It was other s**t. But other s**t that you really can’t like to pin or highlight. You know, it comes and goes. You know, a little here, a little there.”

Beverley played 45 games for the Lakers this season. He averaged 6.4 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.6 assists while shooting 40.2%, including a team-high 34.8% from beyond the arc. He has struggled to contribute strongly this season, which has also become a big problem for the team early on.
The Lakers are 13th in the Western Conference, trying to make one last push to make the playoffs. The New Orleans Pelicans will face them on Wednesday.

Beverley is no stranger to the LA Clippers system as he had some of his best years with the team. A return to the Clippers could be possible now that they look weak in the point guard department.
