Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz says there are several problems with Bragg’s indictment that can be addressed now and are likely to lead to the dismissal of the sham case.

Dershowitz explains that defenders of Trump’s constitutional rights—even those like himself who oppose Trump politically—are trying to keep quiet; their rights to free speech attacked, their integrity questioned, and their careers threatened. Much of the media is replacing objective reporting with anti-Trump advocacy, while many in academia are petitioning and campaigning against the rights they once valued—all in the interest of winning over Trump.
The essence of justice is that it must be equally applicable to everyone, notes Dershowitz. No one is above the law, but digging to find crimes to influence elections is not equal application of the law. To ensure equal application in comparable situations, he proposes two criteria for indicting a presumptive candidate of the opposing party: the Richard Nixon standard and the Hillary Clinton standard—and more recently, the Joe Biden standard.
Dershowitz has chosen the best time to publish this book as the ruthlessly corrupt American system of injustice is once again attacking President Trump.
Dershowitz explains that President Trump currently has more reason to dismiss the bogus case in New York than Soros-backed prosecutor Alvin Bragg. Dersh shares:

Dershowitz shared the same on Hannity, adding that the president should also appeal to a place where he will never get a fair trial.
