“They made a stupid, stupid decision that will cause the case to be thrown out” – Attorney Alan Dershowitz says Trump lawyers can appeal Fake Soros-backed Bragg indictment immediately on multiple grounds

Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz says there are several problems with Bragg’s indictment that can be addressed now and are likely to lead to the dismissal of the sham case.

Professor Alan Dershowitz recently wrote the book “

IN Get Trump: A Threat to Civil Liberties, Due Process, and Our Constitutional Rule of Law, Alan Dershowitz — Number 1 The New York Times best-selling author and one of America’s most respected legal scholars—analyzes the relentless efforts of Donald Trump’s political opponents to “get him”—to prevent him from running in 2024—at all costs.

Alan Dershowitz has been called “one of America’s foremost and most consistent defenders of civil liberties” Politically and “the nation’s most peripatetic civil liberties attorney and one of the most distinguished defenders of individual rights” Newsweek.

Get Trump makes clear that the unconstitutional effort to prevent Trump from resuming the presidency challenges the very foundations of our freedoms: due process, the right to counsel, and free speech. Those who justify these dangerous departures from the rule of law argue that the threat posed by a second Trump presidency is “different” and “immediate,” while departures from constitutional norms are more long-term and abstract.

Dershowitz explains that defenders of Trump’s constitutional rights—even those like himself who oppose Trump politically—are trying to keep quiet; their rights to free speech attacked, their integrity questioned, and their careers threatened. Much of the media is replacing objective reporting with anti-Trump advocacy, while many in academia are petitioning and campaigning against the rights they once valued—all in the interest of winning over Trump.

The essence of justice is that it must be equally applicable to everyone, notes Dershowitz. No one is above the law, but digging to find crimes to influence elections is not equal application of the law. To ensure equal application in comparable situations, he proposes two criteria for indicting a presumptive candidate of the opposing party: the Richard Nixon standard and the Hillary Clinton standard—and more recently, the Joe Biden standard.

Dershowitz has chosen the best time to publish this book as the ruthlessly corrupt American system of injustice is once again attacking President Trump.

Dershowitz explains that President Trump currently has more reason to dismiss the bogus case in New York than Soros-backed prosecutor Alvin Bragg. Dersh shares:

They made a stupid, stupid decision that will get the case thrown out, I think, because of the statute of limitations.

Dershowitz shared the same on Hannity, adding that the president should also appeal to a place where he will never get a fair trial.

Both the statute of limitations and venue arguments are also appealable.

Bragg may have made a nasty mistake so that he could state his case first. What an idiot.
